Please note that exchanges and returns are chargeable. Exchanges incur a two-way transit fee of ₹250 each way (₹500 total), while returns have a one-way pickup charge of ₹250.

In some locations, our courier partners may be unable to arrange a pickup. In such cases, you'll be requested to self-ship the parcel, and the applicable shipping charges will be recalculated accordingly.

After placing a return or exchange request, please allow 2-3 working days for us to arrange the pickup. Once the product reaches us, kindly allow up to 7 working days for quality check and for us to dispatch the exchange item or process your refund (in case of returns) in store credits.
